We lost our car keys and as we needed a new set. Jak came out and he was on time, professional, very friendly and genuine. He was clear in his communication and helpful with suggestions. Really great service, he is an asset to your company. Terry owner had good follow up to check in on the service also. Would use again and recommend.
They did an excellent job installing our door locks and replacing the lock rekeying. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to make sure everything worked perfectly before he left. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding, and he explained everything clearly. We're very happy with the result and would happily recommend Jacob to anyone looking for a reliable locksmith. Very friendly, offered additional advice on current doors installed. Extra keys cut as about to depart site was not a problem. Undertook additional quote and installations to secure the building. Felt very well looked after.

Honestly Jack was so helpful. He recommended a great solution I hadn't even thought of and helped me set everything up. It was really late on a Friday too and he just stayed and finished the job even though the door was really awkward. The last o spoke to to book them in was so helpful also. Really great firm and rare!
Best service in Australia. Great communication from start to finish. Prompt reliable service after having another company spent four hours changing a lock on the front gate and still the job wasn’t finished. Terrys locksmiths took 45 minutes to complete the job after we “sacked” the other company. Highly recommend Terry’s.
