The Key Guys

Key cutting equipment, replacement key shells and automotive diagnostic gear are the products customers most often discuss, and the assistance that comes with them is a recurring theme. Brett is named repeatedly for his depth of knowledge about which tools and products suit a given application, with several accounts noting that he introduced customers to Xhorse and Autel lines before those brands became widely known. Michael receives similar praise for telephone support, resolving queries quickly and steering callers toward the right solution.

Reviewers describe fast, efficient transactions and orders arriving as promised, whether a small purchase such as two new shells for a Barina or a larger item like an Autel IM608. A point that comes up often is the support provided both before and after a sale, with technical staff taking time to answer questions and offer suggestions. Pricing is described as competitive against other quotes obtained, and turnaround on key repairs is reported as quick, around twenty minutes in one case. Staff are consistently called friendly, polite and professional even when busy, and long-standing customers who have dealt with the business for years single out the team's willingness to go above and beyond.

Great customer service, and I really mean that, far better than any other supplier I've ever dealt with. VERY helpful. Would 100% recommend to any locksmith looking for a good supplier.
