Virtual office - Titan Locksmiths & Access Security Melbourne

Reliability and professionalism form the backbone of what customers consistently highlight about this Melbourne locksmith. Several reviewers describe Ken as punctual and thorough, with one noting that he is not satisfied until a job is completed exactly as requested. Lock replacements, rekeying so a single key opens multiple doors, deadlocks for side gates, letterbox repairs and registered key systems for commercial premises all feature among the work praised. Property managers and business owners mention after-hours call-outs handled without fuss or unexpectedly large bills.

Communication stands out as well, with customers noting that arrival times are confirmed in advance and that photos and written detail accompany quotes. Competitive pricing comes up repeatedly, as does Ken's product knowledge and willingness to offer advice that saves money. Tidiness and a friendly manner are also noted, with Karen receiving thanks alongside Ken. Even when minor problems arose after an installation, the response was prompt and no charge was sought. The trust placed in a locksmith who has serviced the same business premises for over a decade speaks to the consistency customers describe.

Titan Locksmiths are outstanding. I have relied on them for both personal and professional lock/access needs, and they have exceeded expectations every single time. Ken, has stepped up on every occasion, providing prompt and expert service. They are the definition of reliable and trustworthy, and best of all, their service doesn't break the bank. Highly recommend!

Ken has saved me from being locked in and out numerous times while I’ve renovated. Don’t know what I’d do without him. Lovely person and extremely trustworthy.

Ken did a fantastic job on the locks at our new house. Replaced all house locks and rekeyed so everything opens with one key (amazing!) and even went as far as fixing up one of our doors that was jarring! He was polite and professional (very easy to deal with), on time and did such a great job! I highly recommend Titan Locksmiths and will be using them in future for all window locks! Thanks team!

Titan Locksmiths & Access Security have taken care of my business premises for 12 years now. From the time they changed the locks on my first small shop 12 years ago, to the times they've come out afterhours to save our bacon when we lost keys, to installing a secure registered key system for our brand new concept spa.. I've found them to be fast, professional, reasonably priced and always reliable. Despite knowing the team for over a decade, they operate our systems with full professionalism, so even if I email asking for an extra key, they don't drop the system, I still need to sign the forms etc. which gives me great reassurance that nobody else can ever just pretend it's me & get a key. This is really important when it comes to keeping your premises safe. I give them credit for making it through Covid with grace & continuing to offer the same high level of service even when things were difficult for everyone in the business community. I highly recommend this team for trusted locksmithing.

Ken was prompt in arranging a quote for me. He maintained good lines of communication and was on time. He installed a smart lock, a cavity slider lock and fixed a couple of other doors in my house. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I have used Titan Locksmiths twice and on both occasions they have been very professional and the work has been outstanding. Ken is a perfectionist and is not satisfied until the job is done exactly how you want it. Titan should definitely be your go to locksmith if you want the job done right first time.

Excellent service! Ken was fantastic very professional and very easy communicate with. Has a great knowledge of products. Was also competitive on price. Would definitely recommend!
