Very disappointing first visit to Guardian Vaults Sydney. I arrived with 12 to 15 minutes before closing, already inside the building, yet the receptionist questioned how much gold I was buying and refused to serve me. On top of that, I was looked at from head to toe in a degrading way. Totally unprofessional and unwelcoming.
