Northside Locks

Northside Locks draws consistent praise for the work of Ian, the locksmith named across the accounts. Customers writing about their orders describe his responsiveness, noting that calls are answered promptly and arrival is quick, with lockouts resolved in minutes rather than hours. Punctuality and reliability come up often, with reviewers reporting that Ian turns up when he says he will and completes jobs on the same day an enquiry is made.

Recurring themes include the quality of the result and clear communication: a Lockton smart lock ordered and fitted with the door left opening and closing smoothly, screen doors keyed alongside the main lock, and old keys checked so they still work. Customers repeatedly mention fair, competitive pricing and on-the-spot quotes, including advice on consolidating household keys onto a single key, plus usefulness of tips shared on site.

Professionalism is noted, along with the practice of checking identification before opening a door and asking occupants to test their own keys afterwards. Reviewers describe Ian as friendly and informative, willing to answer questions both before and after the job, and flexible in accommodating requests. Belconnen is mentioned as an area served, and the same notes of good value and careful advice appear across the feedback. The dominant impression is of a locksmith who explains as he works and leaves the job finished.

Was able to get us out of trouble right on dinner time, took less than 10 minutes from call to open door! Prompt, friendly, and professional! Absolute legend!

When I locked myself out of my place on the weekend I thought I would have to wait at least an hour, but Ian arrived in 15 minutes. He was highly professional, checking my ID before getting my door open which only took a minute. He made me retrieve my set of keys from inside so that he could check that they still work properly with the door. Will certainly contact him again if I get locked out in the future.
