Jackson and Tom (or was is Scott?) turned up to look at our outside door lock that we hadn't been able to lock for a few days. They came on time and explained the problem which wasn't what I had been suspecting. Apart from fixing the lock quite quickly I certainly had the impression they knew what they were talking about. I was very happy with this experience and the professional manner of both these young men.
