Out and About Locksmiths

Emergency lockouts form the core of what reviewers describe about Out and About Locksmiths, with Paul named repeatedly for arriving inside an hour and restoring access to homes and vehicles without delay. Rekeying existing locks and supplying fresh keys come up often, alongside repairs to broken locks and the replacement of glass sliding door locks and handles. A detail many reviews return to is the fairness of the charge, with customers noting reasonable rates for car keys at a time when other locksmiths quoted waits of up to a month.

Communication is consistently praised, from prompt responses to initial enquiries through to clear explanations on site, and Paul is described as honest, attentive and well spoken. Punctuality stands out, including an arrival earlier than the agreed time, and work is finished quickly and without fuss, even around a busy household. Advice on sourcing components he could not supply on the day is remembered, as is the option of paying by EFT once the job is complete. The careful keying alike of a fire door lock and its companion lock remains a detail that recurs.

Absolutely brilliant! Responded quickly when I locked myself out, and had me back in my home quickly. Also fixed some locks that were broken and didn't have keys, which I really appreciated. Would recommend to everyone!

Quick open and repair during emergency lockout.

Was at the job within an hour of calling. Got into the car and made 2 keys in less than 30 minutes. Very honest bloke, couldn't have had a better experience.

We needed a glass sliding door lock and handle replaced. Paul from Out and About Locksmiths was available to come to the house the next day. He phoned ahead, arrived 5 minutes earlier than our agreed time and had the work complete in less than 15 minutes. We’re really happy with everything and recommend his services.

Absolutely top quality service. Paul is super professional - polite, punctual and helpful. He changed the locks, keys and deadbolts for our entire house. Also went above and beyond trying to help with garage and gates.

Don’t hesitate to contact Paul. Quick to respond and did a fabulous job replacing a security lock on my fire door and keying the other lock alike. Very experienced tradesman. Thanks Paul.
