Advance Locksmiths

Emergency lockout assistance dominates the feedback for this Canberra locksmith, with apartment lockouts, after-hours call-outs and same-day jobs recurring across the accounts. Customers repeatedly name Andrew, describing him as quick to respond and efficient in getting doors open when people were stranded outside their homes. A point that comes up often is punctuality: arrivals within half an hour or an hour are mentioned, and when a wait was unavoidable, a realistic timeframe was given in advance. Reviewers also highlight fair and reasonable pricing, with costs described as upfront and clearly explained before work began.

Communication stands out alongside the technical work, and several accounts note the friendly, calm manner that helped defuse a stressful situation. The work itself extends across emergency entry, key duplication and general locksmith jobs, including multi-lock doors opened promptly. Clients describe a professional and considerate approach, including one household that arranged access for a family member to feed pets while away interstate. Kindness, skill and a willingness to go out of the way for locked-out residents form the consistent theme running through the feedback.

Cheers Andrew for saving me from being locked out🤣 Super efficient and lovely guy. Thanks again.

Quick same day service and did a great job, responsive and friendly, and upfront about costs

I got locked out of my apartment and I called the first one online and the agent gave me 3 numbers and this included Advance Locksmith so I called and despite the owner's busy schedule, he made out of his way to help me. Although there was a bit of a wait, he was able to give me a realistic timeframe. Highly recommended.

Andrew was fast and efficient, friendly and genuine. Thank you again Andrew for coming to my rescue so that I’m not homeless tonight!

Andrew was fantastic, couldn’t recommend Advance Locksmiths enough! He showed up within an hour on a Sunday when I locked myself out, got the job done quickly, and was a great communicator throughout. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely use his services again!

Great price and hear within 30 mins, what else can you ask for ?

We can not recommend these guys enough. When we had to rush interstate last October for an emergency they came out and unlocked our door so a family member could get in and feed our pets. They were so professional and considerate of our situation. THANK YOU!
