Superior Locks

Superior Locks builds its reputation in Canberra on the professionalism and technical ability of its locksmiths, with Daniel, Josh, Tracy and Damien named repeatedly for their friendly, courteous approach. Reviewers describe clear communication, including messages confirming an appointment or advising when a locksmith was en route, and prompt attendance at short notice, whether for a vehicle lockout, a broken caravan door lock or a last-minute request squeezed into the schedule.

The finished work attracts steady praise: customers note the care taken to open vehicles without damage, tidy installation of replacement door locks, rekeyed fobs and upgraded sliding door hardware, and the skill brought to stubborn jobs such as a van that resisted entry. Pricing is described as fair and reasonable for the time and expertise involved, and the team is credited with explaining what was being done while it was happening. Jobs mentioned span general locksmith work, car lockouts, lock replacement and rekeying, and handling of high-security requirements. Consistency across these accounts, from the first call through to the completed repair, is what the feedback keeps returning to.

Josh was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was professional, efficient, and his work was neat and tidy. It's great to see such high standards of service. I'll definitely be using Superior Locks again and would highly recommend them!

The 2 gentlemen that came out this morning to fix the ignition in my daughter’s car were excellent, very professional and competent workers. Highly recommended. Thank you team.

Daniel from Superior Locksmiths was fantastic. He did not let my Hyundai Staria Van beat him. His care and precision was outstanding. I can’t recommend Superior Locksmiths enough. For the time Daniel spent making sure I was in my van damage free the price was Superior. Great job 👏
