Excellent service from ASI locksmiths and in particular Georgia. They communicated early and effectively about pricing and when they were arriving. Georgia quickly solved the issue and patiently came back later when I had (incorrectly) thought there was another issue. Highly recommend
A big thank you to Troy from ASI who went above and beyond to not only replace a lock for me (original job) but also re-keyed all my other locks so I only need one key rather than 6! He also adjusted my back door lock which was not shutting properly. He was so polite and so helpful - I couldn’t be happier with the service. Tony was also great on the phone, helping me get booked in super quickly with exactly what I needed. Will absolutely use ASI in the future.

Totally recommend ASI Locksmiths for any work you need done. They were extremely professional and quick to book my job in. Patrick came round, was friendly fast and efficient. When I rang them 2 days later to let them know we were having a small issue, they came back the very next day to fix it for me - no extra charge. When my lock finally dies completely, I'll definitely be getting these guys to instal the new one. Thanks for your help!

We recently had a deadbolt installed and our doors rekeyed, and the service provided by Arthur was excellent from start to finish. Arthur is very professional, efficient, and make ensure everything was done perfectly. On top of that, he kindly fixed our broken clothes drying rack as well—and didn’t even charge us for it!
