CLASS Locksmiths - Canberra

An elderly neighbour came to my door today. Her memory is starting to fail her and it's causing her some distress. She'd locked herself out of her home. So I sat her down, reassured her......and rang Class Locksmith who were here within 25 minutes. Divine intervention resulted in a church friend showing up with the spare key she'd given her previously and forgotten about. She's 82 yrs old, recently lost her life partner and felt so vulnerable. Class showed compassion and consideration and left her feeling reassured and safe. Kudos to the company and their staff, well done! Thanks for your kindness.

Went it today with a picture and serial number of my letter box and they were able to make a key for us. From what I saw while waiting, plenty of staff working, coming in and out to check if people were looked after and very friendly. Amazing customer service.

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service from Class Locksmiths Late on a Friday afternoon, we lost the toolbox key for one of our tow trucks. We called Class Locksmiths in Fyshwick just before closing time, and they were incredibly helpful over the phone. They told us to bring the truck straight in and assured us they would wait. Upon arrival, they got straight to work unlocking the toolbox and cutting new keys on the spot. There was no fuss, no complaints about the late hour, just a great attitude and a willingness to help us get back on the road as quickly as possible. Appalled! Arrived at the store at 4pm to get a key cut. I was the only person in the store and was told there “wasn’t enough time left” to have one cut?! Seriously!! According to your opening hours you don’t close till 5pm!

We had trouble to start our car with the key in the evening. Called Fin and he arrived in time and help us. Excellent service and great experience. Thank you!

Got locked out of the house. Called 1845 - left my name and number. Returned my call 0730 the next day and told me to wait for the day staff to come on and to call them. Champion effort.

These guys are excellent. We had an urgent situation arise in which we needed to replace the locks at home. Their technician arrived within the hour and had it sorted very quickly - and for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Class Locksmiths!
