He answers every call, provides real-time updates, gives realistic quotes, and is super efficient. He even offered me solutions to help save money! Above all, Charlie should be recognised for his empathetic and compassionate nature. No matter what situation you’re in, he’s extremely understanding and takes the stress out of any dilemma. I’ve recommended Charlie to every single friend who has needed a locksmith, and I will continue to do so - I can’t speak more highly of lab locksmiths!
