Night & Day Locksmiths

Householders locked out of their homes, drivers needing replacement car keys and residents dealing with failed lock hardware form the bulk of the work described in feedback on Night & Day Locksmiths in Canberra. One thing mentioned again and again is the reliability of the service: customers note that appointments are kept, that arrivals are quick even during busy periods, and that the price agreed beforehand is the price charged, with no upward revision once the locksmith is on site.

A handful of customers describe the diagnostic skill brought to jobs others had misread, including a lock barrel wrongly blamed for a fault that turned out to be poor installation. Henry is named repeatedly for his clear explanations, courteous manner and willingness to take the time to walk a locked-out occupant through what is being done, while Garth is remembered for a calm, reassuring presence during a late-night entry.

Work covered in the accounts includes replacing and removing lock sets, cutting spare keys, making car keys on the spot, and repairing a screen door and supplying its missing keys. Tidiness and respect for the property during noisy work are noted, as is the speed with which resolved jobs are finished.

Excellent service. We recently had spare keys cut but they wouldn't work in the lock. Google diagnosed a worn lock barrel so we called Night & Day for a lock replacement. Henry instead diagnosed a poorly installed lock, which he reinstalled solving the issue. He also repaired, and replaced missing keys for, our less than crimsafe screen door. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and honest service. Highly recommended!

I spoke with Night & Day Locksmiths after another locksmith increased their quoted rates on arrival. The price matched what was quoted, the locksmith was polite and professional, and the job was completed just how I expected it to be done. If I need a locksmith again, I won't hesitate to call Night & Day Locksmiths!

Hightly recommend, saved me from being locked out of my apartment at 10pm at night when no one else would answer. Thank you again!

Got my car keys made from here and I’m really impressed! The team was super kind, easy to deal with, and very professional. They made the whole process smooth and quick. Great service and definitely worth recommending!

I recently had my car keys made here, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. This was my third visit, and every time the experience has been consistently excellent. The staff are very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They work efficiently and make sure everything is done perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and top-quality service!

Garth showed up really quickly and had the door open in no time. He was very polite, friendly and professional. I'll definately call him again if the need arises.

What a champion is Garth! Top fella, extremely honest and genuinely helpful. Got my sister-in-law out of a pickle earlier this afternoon after they locked themselves out of their unit last night. Had genuine empathy and eventually charged even lesser than agreed. I honestly don't have enough words to thank Garth and the amazing team at N&D Locksmiths. If you're looking for an honest and genuine locksmith who's extremely competent and not looking to take advantage of your misfortune, then ring these guys without any hesitation whatsoever.
