Service with a smile but a rip off when ask how much to pay. Charged $350 cash to open a $20 bunnings lock today and when asked abt why charge was so high said ita standard and got angry and rough. Didnt give revipt or business card. dont use him....other better locksmith around.

Lock2Lock are absolutely fantastic. I’ve locked myself out of the same room four times in the last eighteen months. The last two times with Lock2Lock were fantastic. Quick. Friendly. Elliot was fantastic! He took my call late on a Saturday when a lot of other locksmiths weren’t answering, was at my house within 15 minutes and was able to get me inside in record time. Thanks so much!

Locked myself out on the weekend. They arrived in about 30 minutes, got the door unlocked in about 1 minute

Service itself was fine, wasn’t the friendliest bloke but I didn’t hire him to be my mate. I’ve requested a receipt so I can be reimbursed by my landlord. Elliot has been very rude and not productive at all. Called me multiple times even tho I couldn’t pick up - after I’ve sent a couple messages simply asking for a receipt from service. I don’t recommend these guys if you expect prompt respectful replies, I also don’t recommend them if you’re after a simple receipt. I also don’t recommend them if you want to be taken seriously, and treated with respect. (Still waiting on it btw)

0 stars Highly unprofessional and extremely poor customer service skills. Elliot made unwanted, unprofessional comments about my car model to me. Not to mention trying to rip me off big time! I was looking was to duplicate my key fob after hours due to work commitments. I was gathering quote until I phone this company and was greeted by Elliot. (He said between $1200 - $1500). I decided to go with another quote I had gotten for $400 - 600 for the same service which I politely told Elliot. Elliot's voice and behaviour instantly changed and he began making comments about my car model. I quote "That's what you get for buying a BMW and not a Toyota" Well I actually own 2 cars so I am not in an emergency. I was shocked - he proceeded to make further unprofessional comments to me over the phone. Which I said "ew" and then quickly hung up the phone. Elliot then sent me a text message. (Photo added) I could not imagine being in an emergency situation and having to deal with Elliot then woth young children around him. I got an extremely unsafe feeling from him. He will take advantage of you guaranteed. Hopefully someone reports him further to consumer affairs or the small trades ombudsman and he gets shut down. Avoid at all costs and go somewhere else. Elliot will just cause you grief in an already stressful situation. Thank me later! EDIT: Elliot's google response is a complete lie. Not at all did he respond in the manner he is insisting. He was trying to absolutely rip me off. He made x2 comments while laughing at the make of my car model. Once advised the make of my car has nothing to do with the conversation. He then became aggressive yelling over me down the phone to which I said "Ew" and hung up. He then proceeded to text message me - not at all his false perception. Same day x2 keys completed with another company for $580. As I said and other have said -Steer clear of this company!
