I rang George early on Sunday morning having locked myself out of a downstairs room. George responded immediately, gave me a rough quote over the phone and explained the problem solving process he would need to adopt on site. On arrival he gave me options at every stage. Great outcome, very well priced. Most surprising was the very low call out fee for a Sunday (I was expecting a lot more). Would use again (hopefully I won't need to!).

Technician told me he would be at apartment in 45mins. Was unable to contact him for two hours after calling many times. Received a call back two hours after initial contact asking if we still required help. By then we managed to get ourselves into apartment through other means. A call or message regarding timing would have been appreciated about the lateness.

Expensive and no transparency around fees. I needed a lock unlocked and asked for a quote. The company and individual locksmith wouldn’t give me a quote. All they could tell me was the call-out fee which was $35. In light of this, I thought surely it couldn’t be that expensive and I stupidly agreed for the service without knowledge of the cost. I won’t be doing that again. $250 for literally 2 minutes of work. Yes, he got the job done but I wish I had called other companies and asked for quotes beforehand because this felt like a scam. The explanation I was given was that different doorknobs/locks required different work and so they can’t give quotes. However, there’s nothing stopping them charging whatever the hell they want after the work is done because there’s not even standard estimates published on the website. Even a range of prices would give customers a better idea before they end up surprised by such an expensive service.

Called on Sunday noon because my car was locked in the shopping center car park and they arrived and unlocked my car within 15 to 20 minutes, very efficient and professional, Sorry I'm not sure about the name of the guy who helped me but i think it was Aunil. My car is ASX 2013
