I had a fantastic experience with Marion Locksmiths from start to finish. They were able to provide me with an estimated quote over the phone, which was very helpful, and booked me in for the very next day. Ryan came out to change four of my locks and was absolutely amazing. He explained everything he was doing, had me test each lock as he installed it to make sure I was happy, and cleaned up after himself before he left. His workmanship and customer service were outstanding. The new locks look great and work perfectly. I was also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the price was for four brand-new locks installed. Contacted on 25 March based on recommendation from our window and door supplier. Provided photos. Contact has consistently been poor, they dispatched a service tech without contacting us, and then no follow up. Have chased them through to 17 April. Have taken our business elsewhere.
