Marion Locksmiths Adelaide

Marion Locksmiths Adelaide customers describe a business built around key cutting, emergency lock changes and security upgrades for homes, offices and vehicles around Oaklands Park. Several reviewers highlight jobs that other locksmiths and dealerships could not complete, with Scott named for fixing a key fault on the spot and for a last-minute evening call-out in cold, wet conditions to install new locks after a break-in. Ryan attracts similar praise for replacing four locks, explaining each stage as he worked, encouraging the customer to test every lock and cleaning up afterwards.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the upfront communication, from an estimated quote given over the phone to transparent pricing confirmed by the serviceman. Reviewers also value punctual arrival, the recutting of house and car keys whose earlier copies failed, and the willingness to fit in urgent work such as unlocking a window or moving a lock set from one door to another. Fast response, friendly and personable staff and a no-fuss approach to awkward jobs emerge as the qualities that keep customers returning to this team.

Scott is a very kind man. Would highly recommend supporting this business, they are quick to offer help and knowledgeable about locks. Thank you for your help Scott :)

I had a fantastic experience with Marion Locksmiths from start to finish. They were able to provide me with an estimated quote over the phone, which was very helpful, and booked me in for the very next day. Ryan came out to change four of my locks and was absolutely amazing. He explained everything he was doing, had me test each lock as he installed it to make sure I was happy, and cleaned up after himself before he left. His workmanship and customer service were outstanding. The new locks look great and work perfectly. I was also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the price was for four brand-new locks installed. I highly recommend Marion Locksmiths if you’re looking for professional, friendly, and reliable service. Thank you, Ryan, for making the whole process so easy!

Scott from Marion Locksmiths was fantastic. He completed a job easily for us at the office that other companies couldn't manange. Would highly recommend.

Really appreciate their no-fuss service! Very good at what they do! Highly recommended!

The price is affordable, and the service is nice.

Highly recommend these guys, they helped me when I really needed it. Cheers

Contacted on 25 March based on recommendation from our window and door supplier. Provided photos. Contact has consistently been poor, they dispatched a service tech without contacting us, and then no follow up. Have chased them through to 17 April. Have taken our business elsewhere.
