Mister Minit Stockland Rockhampton

Helpfulness and a readiness to tackle jobs other shops have passed over come through as the theme that recurs most in feedback about this Rockhampton outlet. Several customers describe arriving with car key fobs that had been turned away elsewhere and leaving with the problem solved on the spot, sometimes within minutes, at a cost they considered fair. Reviewers repeatedly mention the care taken to work through an issue properly instead of rushing it, including one account of a key being repaired after hours at short notice.

Engraving on drinkware and watch repairs also draw praise, and a patron notes that a second engraving job was put right without charge. Justin is singled out for the fast, friendly and efficient manner that customers link to a well-run small business. Honesty is another point that comes up, such as a decision not to charge for a simple clip repair on a car key. Staff are described as pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful, and their practical advice is valued across keys, engraving and timepieces, with the range of work handled in one place saving customers the trouble of going elsewhere.

Staff were pleasant and very helpful with my problem. Definitely recommend 👌

Justin engraved a present for my niece’s birthday. Spur of the moment and as he was leaving for the day. He stayed back into his time and did it for me and did such an amazing job! 10/10 recommend any day!

Went to stocklands for car key replacement. After waiting for an hour, it was then the staff mentioned needing to be in the car which wasnt possible (immobiliser fail means car is undriveable so stuck elsewhere). Definitely could have mentioned that at the start. Required call out at another date. Booked in for a car key replacement. Never turned up. No phonecall. No reschedule. Called myself and told he wasnt coming. Poor form. Would sooner set my wallet on fire than give this business one red cent. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for anything

Fantastic good ol fashion service from Justin this morning! Fast, friendly and efficient. One of the best outlets of Mister Minit that I’ve been to. Great to have someone like Justin running a fantastic small business in a regional town like ours.
