Was able to get us out of trouble right on dinner time, took less than 10 minutes from call to open door! Prompt, friendly, and professional! Absolute legend!

When I locked myself out of my place on the weekend I thought I would have to wait at least an hour, but Ian arrived in 15 minutes. He was highly professional, checking my ID before getting my door open which only took a minute. He made me retrieve my set of keys from inside so that he could check that they still work properly with the door. Will certainly contact him again if I get locked out in the future.

after spending the night locked out of my apartment i called Northside Locks. it was a very quick and easy process and now i’m comfortably back inside. Ian was very friendly helping me out and so was his little helper 😊
