Robinson's Locksmiths & Security

Prompt and personable service is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Paddington locksmith, with Yossi named repeatedly as the tradesperson customers deal with. Reviewers describe him arriving within the hour, sometimes within twenty minutes of a call, and working quickly once on site, whether the job is a lockout, a jammed front door or a lock that needs repair rather than replacement. Several customers highlight the effort made to find the least expensive option, including repairing existing hardware and sourcing an aftermarket car key instead of paying dealer prices.

Communication is another consistent point, with one account noting that instead of attending, Benjamin talked a customer through solving the problem alone to avoid a call-out charge. Advice is explained step by step, work is completed on the spot because the required parts are carried, and pricing is described as fair and reasonable without being asked for upfront. The tone of the feedback is friendly and trusting, with honesty and reliability mentioned alongside the speed of response, covering door locks, car keys, apartment lockouts and scooter seat locks.

Yossi is the best locksmith I have dealt with. He is honest, reliable and will always give you a fair price. Call him without any hesitation.

Amazing service. Came within the hour (even though it wasn’t an emergency) Easy communication, fair price and fixed on the spot (he had all the parts needed) Thank you!

Yossi is terrific. Reliable, trustworthy, thoughtful. Always thinking about the best way to solve a problem. I have been using him for more than 10 years. Always willing to help (even when we had an emergency and my mother was locked out of her apartment on a public holiday).

Very very good service will ask again any day of the week. Came very quickly and was very efficient with his work

A very professional and pleasant person who responds quickly and interviews super fast. I recommend them to everyone.

Great service, reliable and reasonable prices compared to others

My front door lock wouldn’t work and I wasn’t able to get out of my house. I called Benjamin to see if he could come out but instead he walked me through how to fix the issue myself which ended up being simple and saved me a call out fee. Amazing service. Super happy to recommend.
