Rocky's City By The Bay Locksmiths

Geelong customers who have dealt with Rocky's City By The Bay Locksmiths describe a locksmith whose experience and resourcefulness come through in practice. Several reviewers name Rocky directly, praising his professional manner and readiness to take on awkward jobs, such as opening a jammed 1936 Chevrolet and freeing a broken key stuck in a lock. Punctuality and reliability come up time and again: he arrives when he says he will, works quickly and efficiently, and checks that everything functions correctly before finishing.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is his ability to cut spare keys and program lock boxes on the spot, and to respond when a key emergency arises. Fair pricing is a recurring observation, with customers calling the cost reasonable and not overpriced for the work completed. Helpfulness and clear advice are noted alongside his obliging attitude across repeat visits, including ongoing door lock repairs at the same property. Friendliness and a can-do approach sit beside the technical skill, and the impression left is of a dependable, knowledgeable tradesman who solves lock problems both minor and stubborn.

Fantastic. Gave Rocky a call and he was able to respond to location rather quickly and help me out. 💯😎👍🏼

We've had Rocky to our place twice to fix locks on doors. He is quick, knowledgeable & efficient. We recommend him for excellent service.

Not 24/7 at all! Disappointing!!

Once again Rocky has proven to be a true professional: on-time, thorough, innovative, and very helpful. Cannot recommend him more highly.

Prompt response, even on a Saturday, sorted out my broken key-in-lock issue and made spares for me on the spot! Highly recommended!
