HVP Locksmiths

Punctual, professional work from Daniel is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Newcastle locksmith, and it shows in the small jobs as much as the urgent ones. A number of customers describe calling him and finding him at the door at the promised time, with one recounting a twenty-minute response to a home lockout.

Reviews regularly refer to that he talks through what he intends to do before starting, then completes it without fuss, whether that means opening a front door, cutting replacement keys from scratch for a shed, or sorting out a roller door while he is there. Fair, competitive pricing comes up often, described as reasonable for the work done, and the quotes given over the phone are said to hold.

Contact before and after the job earns its own praise, including calls returned as promised and a willingness to point people towards another company when the job falls outside what he handles, a courtesy one customer singles out. Kindness and patience with stressed homeowners feature across the accounts, and requests for future locksmith work are commonly mentioned, with Daniel named directly in most of them. The consistency of the service, from the first phone call to the finished job, is what customers keep returning to.

Asks for supply and fit a single deadbolt quoted $720 went to Bunnings got one for $85 put it on myself. I would be getting a second quote before using this mob 😡

Great price, super friendly service, and a very quick turnaround. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend!

Absolute legend of a bloke. Fitted me in last second to replace my shed keys that I misplaced. Not only did he make the keys from scratch but also fixed an issue with roller door. Highly recommend his company.

We used them to replace all our locks (including replacing a few handles). They were well priced, prompt, and did good quality work.

Daniel was professional from first phone call to completion of job. He gave a quote over the phone, returned a call when he said he would, turned up at the time he arranged. He explained what he was going to do and did the job well.

The team were not able to assist me with a spare key for my Hilux today - but spent the time to give me a recommendation for another company that could. I appreciate that kind of service.

Daniel was prompt, courteous, and professional in all aspects of replacing a broken door lock at our home. We would highly recommend Daniel to anyone needing the services of a locksmith.
