99 Keys Newcastle - Key Cutting, Engraving, Giftware & Trophies

Motorists and vehicle owners who arrive with problematic keys form the core of the feedback for this Waratah business, and the accounts share a striking consistency. Customers writing about their orders describe jobs that other outlets had declined or could not complete, including programming a replacement key to a commercial van's ECU, cutting hard-to-find motorbike keys and supplying new keys for a Range Rover Sport and a Corolla after the originals were lost. Reviews regularly refer to speed, with one job finished in about half an hour, along with clear communication by phone and text before and after the work.

Fair pricing comes up often, as does the willingness to go further than expected, such as cutting additional keys at no extra charge or replacing a key battery without cost. Staff member Alain is singled out by name for his skill and manner, and the tone across the accounts is one of relief at problems resolved rather than abandoned. The recurring thread is technical competence applied patiently to difficult vehicle key situations, from dead fobs and locked-in keys to complex programming.

Absolutely blown away by the professionalism, skill and customer service this business provides. I had lost all the keys to my Corolla, and they came out the very next day and supplied me with two brand new keys. From the first phone call, to the text communication, arrival and the job itself, everything was outstanding. It only took 30 minutes, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Absolute best around, and they genuinely treat their customers well.

Amazing business, helpful, professional, friendly and on time. Reasonable priced and very good services. Highly recommended!

They replaced a watch battery, two weeks later moisture appeared under the glass. Watch is now not working. I presented their valid warranty and was told "nothing can be done, sorry sir, recommend a watch maker for repairs". I would not trust them with another watch after being dismissed so quickly.

What an absolute legend. I realised after getting the key cut that it was a different size compared to the original, which wouldn't work with certain things (won't go into it here). I had brought my own key blank with me and he willingly cut it at no extra cost and let me keep the correctly sized key, and the cut empty shell. Will definitely be back here if I ever need a key cut!

Spoke to them over the phone, exceptional service and really knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing service! I can’t recommend this car key specialist enough. After being completely stuck with my car not starting, he went above and beyond to help—troubleshooting everything thoroughly and not giving up until it If you ever need someone reliable, honest, and highly skilled, this is your guy. So grateful for the help—thank you again!

Professional, efficient, honest, ethical and fair. This business helped me after my Audi self locked my keys in the car. If I could give 10 stars I would 🙏
