Newcastle Locksmiths & Security

Newcastle Locksmiths & Security draws consistent praise from customers for prompt, reliable work across emergency lock changes, digital lock installations, gate lock repairs and prox card entry faults. Several reviewers describe the technicians arriving when they say they will and completing jobs quickly, with Taz repeatedly named for fast call-outs and lock changes, Conner and Connor for professional and friendly service on security keypads and doors, and Lachie and Lachlan for efficient digital lock fitting, including clear demonstration of how the equipment works.

Hayden is mentioned for helpful quoting. A recurring theme is that communication before and after the job is strong, with customers kept informed about arrival times and given instruction on the finished product.

Reviewers also frequently note fair pricing, describing quotes and bills as reasonable for the work done, and comment on how a stressful situation such as stolen keys becomes manageable when the locksmith attends straight away. Tidiness and a courteous manner in homes and offices come up often, as does the depth of knowledge shown when diagnosing faults on the spot. The digital lock installations for screen and front doors, the emergency lock changes and the entry system repairs form the practical work most often recounted.

Great communication and generally timely service. Hayden quoted and was helpful. Lachlan did the installations and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Digital locks for screen and front door fully demonstrated and instructed. Very happy with all services and price.
