Had my toolbox lock fixed by Gordon Heap at Ambassador Locksmiths. Gordon’s a genuinely good bloke—easy to deal with, knows his stuff, and got it sorted properly with no fuss. Hard to find service like that. If you need a locksmith, go see him. I wouldn’t go anywhere else 👍

Unfortunate experience with the owner, Gordon Heap, at Ambassador Locksmiths. I was blocked in by a customer vehicle he was assisting. I had parked in a closed business space, which I acknowledge was incorrect, and waited around five minutes with no acknowledgement. When I approached him, his response was dismissive. I did not answer honestly when questioned, as I felt embarrassed and his tone was confronting. However, he repeatedly called me a liar, made personal remarks, questioned my ability to reverse a trailer, and suggested I call him a misogynist. I had children in the car and was simply trying to leave. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude, belittling and unprofessional. The receptionist I spoke to afterwards was kind and helpful, which I appreciated.

Called at 10pm when locked out of our apartment. The man who answered was extremely helpful. Thankfully while waiting for a callback about a time someone can come out we managed to get ourselves in. Despite not needing help to get in, we are very thankful for the assistance and are very glad to have such a good service available when needed.

100% rating. Luke was fantastic and fixed my caravan Camec 3 point door lock after I botched a handle replacement and accidentally triple locked the door after removing the inside door mechanism, with no other way of getting inside. Couldn’t be happier.

Friendly and helpful communication, and a fantastic job by James. He made suggestions, sold quality fittings for reasonable prices and installed the locks professionally.

Have used this company multiple times & each time have been absolutely amazing, showed up as quickly as possible even being after hours, decent price and super friendly staff!

Old mate got here under 1/2 an hour. Had it open in 5 minutes. Surprisingly reasonable 👍🏽
