I want to give Nathan and Dave a 10/10 if I could. I was incredibly lucky to find them after a nightmare situation — someone broke into my house, stole one of my cars, and took the keys to my other car as well. I called Nathan immediately, and within just two hours he had sent Dave out to help. Dave replaced my entire key set in only 30 minutes. Nathan provided a very reasonable and affordable quote, and charged exactly what he quoted — no hidden fees at all. Later, when the police found my stolen car which was heavily damaged, I contacted Nathan again. He was completely honest with me about the complexity of making new keys for that vehicle, but he still accepted the job and sent Dave to inspect it. Once again, Dave was beyond excellent. With his previous mechanic experience, he carefully checked the car, shared his opinion, and honestly gave me the option of either proceeding with new keys or simply selling the car. He spent over 30 minutes helping us, and despite my insistence, he refused to charge anything. His empathy and kindness during such a stressful time meant so much to me. I never expected this level of genuine care and honesty — especially in a situation where most people would charge call-out fees even for doing nothing. At the end of the day, after everything that happened, I truly felt blessed to have chosen Canberra Car Keys. Thank you again, Nathan and Dave!

Prompt professional service from Nathan and Dave. I had an unusual problem with the alarm fob for my 1990s British car. Canberra Car Keys were prepared to have a go, and solved the problem. I originally thought a mobile service was more targeted at emergency situations. While ‘bricks and mortar’ businesses weren’t interested in thinking outside of the box, I appreciated CCKs willingness solve the problem.
