They took the time to tailor a safe exactly to what I needed, offered a few solid options to suit my budget, and made the whole process simple and professional. They handled the shipping side of things like a pro communication was spot-on, and delivery was seamless. Narelle in Melbourne complemented the process with tier 1 comms. When it arrived, Shaun and Brendan came out for the install, and these guys were next level. Shaun’s knowledge about securing safes and buildings around Melbourne was seriously impressive clearly a bloke who’s been doing this a long time. From start to finish, everything ran perfectly. Great people. Don’t bother with other cowboys who WILL NOT balance the swing of the door to protect your fingers from crushing(if the door closes on its own due to gravity). May 2024 - I was in touch with Jacob (son) and he was very professional. His quote was competitive and accommodated me to do the job quickly. He turned up at 5:45 am (15 minutes before time) and his team of 3 family members (himself, dad and his brother) removed and reinstalled the 1250 kgs safe in a matter of minutes without much noise or disturbance to neighbours. They are technically sound and have the right equipment to complete the job professionally. I had bought the safe from them years back so happy to confirm a pleasant experience twice.

Very disappointed with City Safes bad customer service from Mark. We bought our safe from City Safes and had it relocated 12 months ago and were looking to use their services again to relocate. We were given a quote and questioned why the quote had almost doubled in the space of 12 months. I was told by a staff member that Mark would call me back that afternoon, but he didn't. Then I was told that he'd ring me the next morning because he'd left for the day. Mark hasn't bothered to call me back at all which is very disappointing considering we're loyal repeat customers of theirs. Very poor customer service and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
