CMI Safe & Vault Company

CMI Safe & Vault Company has built a following among customers who value sturdy Australian-made safes and attentive service. The Carlton manufacturer draws repeated praise for the depth of its staff knowledge, with reviewers describing sales and installation teams as friendly, helpful and clearly experienced in matching a safe to a buyer's needs. Several customers note that safes are heavy and well constructed, using hardened steel, and mention security and document models suited to home or business use.

After-sales care comes up often, including one account of a battery replacement handled without fuss when a customer visited the showroom; Denis is named for showing how to access the compartment and supplying the replacement. Rebuilds and repairs of existing safe doors are also mentioned, alongside professional installation described as flexible and efficient.

Buyers who have dealt with the company over many years speak of a long-established operation that puts customer satisfaction ahead of a quick sale. A point that comes up repeatedly is the reassurance of purchasing from a dedicated safe maker rather than a general retailer. Many reviewers say they would return for future security needs. The closing theme is the confidence customers place in a locally made safe expected to last a lifetime.

Inquired about 2 safes, very Easy to deal with, and a pleasure to deal with too over the phone. Thank you again.

If you care about the security of your belongings, you would be a fool to buy anything other than a CMI. Don't buy your safe from a tool shop, buy it from a safe maker.

I called and asked questions about the CMI HG5 and the person was friendly enough but could not address my question sufficiently. I need reassurance that a criminal could not jut cut the door at the bottom with an angle grinder and reach trough and pull the items out. I think this is a fair question and very obvious when you look at the photo on the brochure - I was ultimately directed to a more expensive safe - But and still left confused

Long term friendly support, I purchased a safe from them 30 years ago (yes years), had a problem last week and they offered help and solutions. A safe is a long term investment, go with a reputable company.

I can thoroughly recommend both the sales experience and importantly, the after-sales service of CMI. I bought a safe a few years ago and it needed a battery change. I couldn’t find the access to the 9v battery and swing by their Carlton showroom to find out how to change the battery. I was not only shown how to get access by Denis, but he also gave me a replacement battery. I was really impressed with the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service and highly recommend the CMI Safe Co. 👍🏻

We were welcomed by Ken who looked after us . He was very courteous patient professional and kind . He understood our needs and we bought the best safe for our requirements. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional in this field. The team delivered the safe . Thank you to Josh and Harry . They used their expertise with the use of the crane to make the impossible possible . Acceptional service . 5 star . We will recommend MCI to anyone who needs a safe . What we thought would be a difficult task became a surprisingly easy task with the team at MCI .

CMI Safes are really well conceived and designed. If you are looking for a Security Safe or Document safe, go no further than this reknowned brand. They are really heavy, with hardened steel. Well worthy of their purchase.
