Quick and efficient service when I needed help removing padlock from an external gate; when chatting about other issues I had with a side gate and also a front door, Hayden took the time to provide helpful advice. When ordering the part needed for our front door, Hayden discovered that there was one in stock, even though it was not a common part, and he came straight back around on the same day to install the new front door lock.
