Frost Security Locksmiths

Key cutting and lock replacement work in Georgetown is what customers most often seek out, and the reviews suggest the team handles it with skill. Hayden is named repeatedly for taking time to talk through problems, ordering uncommon parts and returning the same day to fit them. More than one customer describes keys cut from a barrel number or a worn lockset replaced after a short wait on an ordered part, with the resulting keys working first time.

Praise for honest advice comes up often, including guidance on doing some of the labour independently to keep a callout affordable, and staff setting aside rare key blanks until a customer arrives. The tone across accounts is of knowledgeable, reliable tradespeople who solve security problems on the spot, whether picking a lock to cut spare roof rack keys cheaply or finding a hard-to-source key shell that other outlets lacked. Work spans roof rack keys, front door and gate locks and padlock removal, with customers noting fair pricing and clear communication before and after each job.

Quick and efficient service when I needed help removing padlock from an external gate; when chatting about other issues I had with a side gate and also a front door, Hayden took the time to provide helpful advice. When ordering the part needed for our front door, Hayden discovered that there was one in stock, even though it was not a common part, and he came straight back around on the same day to install the new front door lock. Amazing service - thank you Hayden.
