MCL Locksmiths

Newcastle customers describe MCL Locksmiths as a dependable choice for lock repairs and replacements, with the praise centring on technicians who arrive when they say they will and resolve the job without fuss. Several reviewers highlight how quickly the team responds, including same-day visits and after-hours call-outs, and note that complications on site are handled without drama. Named staff such as John, Thomas, Tom and Matt are repeatedly singled out for being friendly, polite and efficient, with one account mentioning that a letterbox key was cut successfully after other locksmiths had suggested replacing the entire lock.

Reviewers also value the advice offered before and after the work, the tidiness of the finished job and the calm manner of the tradespeople, one noting that a technician helped keep the situation relaxed. The consistency of the experience comes up often, with customers returning for further lock work and describing the service across emergency call-outs, key cutting and general lock repairs as reliable and well organised. The handling of multiple locks in a single visit, completed promptly, is another point that recurs in the feedback.

Very prompt and professional service. Shout out to Mick in particular - we had a tricky job but he was friendly the whole way through, even though he had to come back another day to finish off. We'll definitely be using MCL again!
