Absolutely blown away by the professionalism, skill and customer service this business provides. I had lost all the keys to my Corolla, and they came out the very next day and supplied me with two brand new keys. From the first phone call, to the text communication, arrival and the job itself, everything was outstanding. It only took 30 minutes, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Absolute best around, and they genuinely treat their customers well.

They replaced a watch battery, two weeks later moisture appeared under the glass. Watch is now not working. I presented their valid warranty and was told "nothing can be done, sorry sir, recommend a watch maker for repairs". I would not trust them with another watch after being dismissed so quickly.

What an absolute legend. I realised after getting the key cut that it was a different size compared to the original, which wouldn't work with certain things (won't go into it here). I had brought my own key blank with me and he willingly cut it at no extra cost and let me keep the correctly sized key, and the cut empty shell. Will definitely be back here if I ever need a key cut!
