Great customer service for me today. Fixed my problem lock on the spot.

Was sent to get some roof rack keys cut by Capitol Honda, I called and spoke to Ashley who is just an absolute treat to speak to and was told come in and the guys will cut them while I was there, it was a fast efficient service, young Cooper cut the keys and billed Capitol Honda for me, brushed the keys with a wire brush to clean the edges and gave me one and said test it and those keys worked perfectly straight away. Thanks for the service, Best Rob.

We highly recommend Canberra Locksmiths. I called around midday and was offered a home visit that afternoon. Tony arrived at scheduled time and promptly corrected the issue with our front door lock. Appalling customer service. Be prepared to wait all morning only for quote time to change to afternoon arrival after calling to enquire. Hard to get information. Not helpful.

Received a text message to collect my key that had opening hours included. Turned up on the Saturday in the time advertised, and it was closed. Rang their hotline, apparently decided not to open on Saturdays in January. No sign on the door to let people know either. Very frustrating.
