Lock Doctor - Mobile Service

Charges a very high fee. $280 for a lock out during business hours. Wouldn’t accept bank transfer or credit card for payment. Made me traipse around with two young kids to get him cash from an ATM- presumably so he doesn’t pay have to pay tax. Recommend you go somewhere else .

Nice guy but tried charging me $280 just for the call out fee and didn’t even get the door open.

Was the first locksmith to pick up after I called 2 others, came very quickly but wasn't able to complete the job and charge me an a very high fee. Didn't have the tools required. Called another locksmith and they were able to complete the job for much less.

Charged us for $380 but not solving the issue as our house key was missing. We asked to replace the lock for the main door and screen door. He just replaced the barrel of the screen door which was not we need. Not recommended.

I locked myself out and called this locksmith, he agreed to come but didn't give a quote. He waited until he was done and gave a bill so high and shocking, then had me and my little kids drive to an ATM in order to pay him cash. Wouldn't even budge when I begged for a discount of $30. I paid $380 that's more than a week's worth of groceries, and even though I'm grateful for his help, I couldn't help but feel ripped off. I wish I had read reviews before calling him. Would have insisted on getting a bill before the job was done. Good: Fast response Bad: 1. no bill before service 2. Expect a bill that will make your eyes water.

Don very kindly went out of his way to create some keys for my trailer. Answered my query within hours and the job was done the next day for a very reasonable price. Thanks Don!

This guy is a legit thug. He refused to tell us his call out fee, spent 15 min to break a lock and then asked for almost 500 dollars. When questioned why such a high price, he started abusing my staff at reception for almost 30 minutes. He refused to tell us his call Out fee on phone . In the end when he realized his ways would not get him anything , he said ok pay me 280 for basically breaking my handle door lock with screw driver and hammer . Left my staff crying for hours . He was told by my clients to back off from the girls but he carried on abusing everyone . He is a horrible human being, please stay away from him. We felt for our safety . He is a lunatic and a disgusting man . You don’t want him near you, work staff or your family .
